Okay so i have 1 Cayuga duck,1 Pekin mix,2 juvenile brown Chinese geese. Well since their enclosure 24/7 there ponds smells really bad. If they were free range in my backyard and they would be in the ponds less often so would the smell be less noticeable. The problem is i have a huge stray cat problem so is there any solution to get rid of them(the geese are lovers not fighters for some reason).SO what should i do? should i free range during the day and let them in at night?(but then they'd be in the water so they'd get the stench back up ) is there any type of filter i could make to keep the water quality better? about how much would the filter cost to make? any suggestions would be helpful!

I dont no wat to say but we had the same prob. so my wife bot a tank that was for goats an it was about 1an a half ft,deep an we washd it out every day. the frogs wer happy wen we took the ducks an gease out baby frogs wer every wer. The dirty water would have made thim sick ares stunk so bad it was ok in the spring wen it came a good rain but in the summer wen it got low it just wasnt big inuf.
