I was as SuperTarget today and my DH nearly knocked me over. There were TimTams sitting there on the shelf. Pepperidge Farm has introduced them to the U.S.! No more begging my Aussie friends to send me some!

Of course we had to celebrate the occasion by buying some.

What's a TimTam slam? Is that just gorging yourself with them because I'm pretty good at that already.

I've checked out those websites before, but just couldn't cough up the $$. Once in a moment of utter desperation, when I had some serious withdrawals I almost gave in. Now I don't have to!!

A TimTam Slam is where you bite both ends off the biscuit and use it like a straw to suck a drink through it, I use hot chocolate.

Since I can't get back to Australia very often I use those 2 websites I listed, it fills my cravings for food from home and is cheaper than my Mum sending care packages. I limit myself to my Birthday and Christmas.

Not sure if it's good or bad but my boys LOVE the same lollies and biscuits as I do so I have to buy them some or I wouldn't get a single bite.

Can you blame them?? They have great taste!

I miss Bundaberg's ginger beer... now if only SuperTarget would carry that too I'd be set.

So I just HAD to try a TimTam slam. You weren't kidding - the best part was the cookie got all soft and gooey from the heat of the hot chocolate! I didn't know it was even possible for them to be more delicious!

Tim Tam's here??? So we can do slams again???
Freakin awsome!!!

I'll have to write my Aussie friend Jo...

They can keep the vegemite though

I've never had one before! How long have they been produced in Australia? I went there in 2004 and think I might have had one but I'm not sure! They look really good so I'll have to buy some next time I get to the store.
