any tips please

thank you so much, the injurie happened October , it is a cut right by her spine and she always holds her one leg up all the time, ever since, she has been in great shape eating like no problem , drinking, going out side running around with me, happy bird, but for the past week she has been going down hill... (we changed her food) like just another supplier and I am wondering if it was this food?? because she was fine until this food.. started drinking ALOT of water after changing the food.. you could feel a huge lump in her neck ( thinking the food) because it would go away ) but it doesn't make sense why she wont walk??? she is very unstable??? oh and she is ..we got her in june as a 12 week old chick.
She isn't drinking much ..her poop is neon yellow liquid? I will post a picture tomorrow, its night time and her bedding as clean...oh and it is 20 degrees in here, but she has been in here and ok with the heat since she came in here back in October, now I do have her near the door, could she maybe have gotten a cold from the draft? is cold out side..she doesn't get much
exercise she isn't liking the snow, hehe and not eating dirt ? would that do anything?? she does have a small bowl of oyster shells . thank you so much for replying.
What type of feed is she on now and what was she on before? If you noticed a change in her behavior after feed change,it could have something to do with what is going on.

If she started holding her leg up after injury, possible it is nerve damage as the wound was beside her spine.

The lump in her neck is her crop,it expands when full(eating all day)then empties overnight. Make sure she has access to grit at all times as previously mentioned.

Has she been laying? To check for being egg bound you need to put on a pair of gloves(plastic/rubber)put some lubricant(you can use a bit of vaseline) on your finger and insert gloved finger into her vent, see if you can feel an egg or broken shell.

when she was out side with the other girls she was on laying feed, when she got injured and came in she would only eat cracked corn , and boiled veggies. and doing amazing so happy healthy.. I went to a supplier and they said the food was " all natural" chicken feed. so I took a small baggie and tried it, biggest mistake I am thinking??? when I noticed the change I took her off the food right away but I think not in time,
yes I was thinking nerve damage too, she does use it when she was walking around. but when standing still she holds it up..

ohhh okay well glad to know that.. I thought it was a tumor at first but then went away, she has full access of grit now.

No she is not laying, I don't think she was even laying before the injury, we got them very late in the season, as 12 week olds , we wernt getting eggs until later summer, then the bear came un dug the fencing from the ground and scared them all and got one and hurt sally.. needless to say changing things!!
thank you so much for your helpful talking..
