I’ve been through a lot of vets the last few years, I know a good one “Dr. Smith” but she’s a 4 hour drive away ”one way!” and has a reputation as a good vet so she’s often booked up and it’s hard to get in when there’s an emergency.
I think I know of all of the other vets that will see poultry in the immediate counties around me, “wouldn’t recommend any of them” so I’m in need of a new vet and I’m wondering if there’s any I’ve overlooked.
I tried asking on other websites but didn’t get anywhere, some people don’t take the suggestion that not all veterinarians walk on water very well....vets are human too, there’s good and bad.
Anyone know of any vets that will see waterfowl, chickens, “poultry” in Northern California? Specifically I’m in the Nevada county, Yuba County, Butte County, Plumas County area.
