Any way to tell if s/he is a Rouen or a Mallard?

So, I thought I'd gotten a Rouen, but after looking at cute duckie pictures, I just realized that Rouens and Mallards look almost exactly the same as ducklings! Who knew?? (apparently no me!) I got Goose from the mixed duck bin at Orschlens, so I have no clue what s/he is now. Anyone able to help me figure it out? S/he is almost the exact same size as a Cayuga that was in the same bin, if that's any help.

Mallards are a single stripe Rouens are a double stripe on the sides of the heads extending through/past the eye.

True. But there's a special place in my duck heart for the mallards. They're so different. Or at least mine are. They're almost snooty. And smart. Very smart.

Their a wild breed, i would imagine them being smarter then other ducks.... My WH a kinda dumb lol. The rouen and acncona are very smart though!

awwww.. It's nice to hear that they are smart birds. So far s/he is my cuddler of the four. She loves to sit in my hands during floor time and snuggles deep within my hair. I hope it stays that way! Thanks for the kind words everyone
