how old before fully grown, what age can i start them on mash?

Start em' on mash when they are of egg laying age which is about 6-8 months old. I have 2 Partridge Bantam Roosters.

there 12 weeks old,ive got them on chick food but dont seem that keen,and always seem 2 b hungry i also give them wild bird seed an trill seed and also treats greens, tomatoes,warm porridge in the morning thats a favourite, melon,rice,pasta,apples,mealworm thats a favourite too, so y r they so hungry?
