Anybody East Chicken/Duck Fries?

Hi Y'all,

Ok, so I got a weird question. I've ate bull fries and hog fries and I've heard of folks eating sheep fries. We're talking Rocky Mountain Oysters (RMOs) here.

So anybody ever eat chicken or duck fries?

I just got through butchering ducks today and I couldn't believe the size of the duck's stones compared to chickens!

I haven't, but now that you've brought it up I'm gonna have a hard time not trying them when I kill a roo...

Seriously, I may have to check the internet. I mean, how much difference can there be between poultry and the others?

Btw jholler, if you like the roo stones, just wait to you see a duck's! They're 3-4x the size of a roos.

They taste best if you eat them like Oysters on the half shell. Just let them slide on down. Yum.
