I usually play classical but the orchestra conducter wants to play some really "fun" songs like "GO WEST" "GREASE" and "PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN"

i am a singer. thats where my musical passion is. singing. i do it well too.

I'm trying to teach myself to play the recorder, I liked it in second grade, which is why I went to the clarinet in 3rd grade, till my parent's talked me out of it. (Apparently, they didn't enjoy my practices). It's been a few decades but what the heck!

Hhmm... 15yr classical piano lessons/coaching, clarinet, sax, flute, assorted percussion fill-in (not a set!). DD (Airehead012) is a budding piano and bassoon virtuoso. (bassoon is about as long as she is tall, and weighs almost as much! LOL) Hubby used to slide a trombone pretty well and has fun tootling marches to make DD cringe. Of course, jazzing up anything classical is one of our collective favorite things to do.... gets amusing around here at times.

I played violin for many years then picked up the electric bass. Played semi pro for many years in the New England area. Mostly blues gigs and some jazz. Haven't played any for a few years now. I guess you could say I retired musically.

electric bass since I was 15, mostly punk and alternative.
Then when I was older I bought DJ turntables and sampler and hooked up my laptop and I became a Techno DJ. Not really a instrument......

I have three Djembes (dif sizes) that I play and I also play Native American Flute.

My youngest son plays guitar (both acoustic and electric). He's pretty darn good too - mostly he plays classic rock (led zepplin, eric clapton and the like) I've been trying to get him to learn some Stevie Ray Vaughan for me, but he says he isn't that good

(I think he could do it if he tried). (he used to play cello and flute)
