I plan on eating some of my birds. I will even do the cleaning gutting etc. but I will not have to be the 'dispacher' (as I read someone else call it) my husband plans to do that for me.

and if you want another person to prophit from your unwanted roosters in the form of some really good soup stock let me know. I think I'm only an hour from you
