Anybody Know what breed this is??

Not Sure what Breed these 2 Chickens are.
I'm pretty sure they are roosters but none are crowing yet.
This one is 6 mos old and has a rose comb.

This one doesn't have tail feathers? Curious.
4 mos old.

I got them from 2 different people.

First one is a Silver Laced Wyandotte rooster.

Second is an EE rooster.
