I have two Ameraucanas and two Easter Eggers. My Ameraucanas lay blue eggs while my EE's lay pink and light brown. I got my Ameraucanas from a breeder. I am aware that hatchery Ameraucanas are really EE's in disguise.

really? they say always say they are true ameraucanas

Hatcheries miss represent Easter eggers as Ameraucanas all the time. If they don't lay the blue eggs, they are ee's.
