anybody with buckeye pics

I need to see some buckeye pics. ihave 2 and they each have 2 different combs, one is pea, the other is single. I did notice that when they were chicks that one had a dark dot on its head, and the other had no dark dot. Does this make any sense??!! My chicks are 3 almost 4 wks old.

I have buckeyes. They are supposed to have pea combs, but the difference in combs may be the difference between a rooster and a hen. I'm still learning about them, but that's my guess.

Also, there are about three different strains (wrong word?) of Buckeyes, which may explain some differences you are seeing, too. You can learn more about the strains from the www.crainsrunranch.com web site.
