Anyone can help with this sick chicken

Hi, one of the local chickens around my place has been wheezing and / or coughing for quite some time, and her activity is very low but she seems to have survived a while. Please see the attached video and if there is anyone that my recognize this symptom and what I can maybe do for her? I can’t seem to upload a video but he’s making this wheezing cough once in a while. It’s a quick noise.

Any discharge from her nose? Is she laying? What is your ventilation like? Any other birds with similar symptoms?

No other birds with her symptoms. She is not tame enough to let me catch her, but I was thinking if there’s anything I can put in her food that may help her?
