Anyone can help with this sick chicken

Sounds like a sneeze to me. Is this a feral chicken? Is she active and eating? It could be the start of a respiratory illness, or she could have something in her nose or throat. It would be hard to treat if she's feral.

Yes ~ she is feral, but I feed them and she usually doesn’t like eating with everyone else so I fiber her food separately since she tends to be solo and stay near the house most of the time. This has been going on for as long as I’ve seen her, and her condition doesn’t seem to get better or worse. She eats very slowly, but seems to be aware and chases other younger chickens away if they try to eat her food lol.

I hope it’s just a sneeze! She’s quiet a lot of time and sometimes she makes this noise.
