I am not sure what I am seeing in my Green Magnolia egg, though.

They’re coturnix! It’s my first run in the diy bator. If this hatch goes well I’ll be buying many more eggs for the next round. I want to get some new colours

Hello, and thank you @RubyNala97! I just set my 10 about half an hour ago. First time incubating shipped eggs, and first time using a new incubator. Should be interesting, lol!

My very first time using any incubator was with shipped eggs and Half hatched. You can do it!! What incubator did you get?

The membrane has detached from the shell. That’s what you’re seeing in those pics. That’s not a good sign but I’ve hatched eggs like that so there’s hope!

My very first time using any incubator was with shipped eggs and Half hatched. You can do it!! What incubator did you get?
I got the Farm Innovators 2450 Digital Circulated Air Incubator w/auto turner.

The membrane has detached from the shell. That’s what you’re seeing in those pics. That’s not a good sign but I’ve hatched eggs like that so there’s hope!

Yes, some of mine look like that. I'm hoping they will end up hatching. Last hatch was too dry and there were 2 that were peeping one day, and not the next and didn't hatch. Some of the membranes looked really dry. I will keep a closer eye on them this hatch.

How do you like your Farm Innovators 2450 Digital Circulated Air Incubator w/auto turner, @RubyNala97? I have a hovabator that's being difficult. Won't hold moisture for more than a day.
