Beautiful photo! She looks like she's going to be a great mom!
I have no experience of Swedish Flower chickens but they are beautiful to look at, congratulations!
thank you.... they have learned to eat and drink today and all is well. Got to stay busy on the double coop. I need to finish one side Jim-A is huge and Inna is showing less interest in them as days wear on.(The Double laced Barnevelders)

That is too funny, I think that may be who I e-mailed about getting some day old chicks. You guys really made me want some Blue Laced Barnevelders.
Special thanks again to "Blue Farms". She turned a very disappointing experience into a success story. We are grateful.:thumbsup If you're in or close to North Carolina, this lady is legit.

Had to take the Flower babies inside as Farria didn't show much interest in them. Not sure what went wrong. She had been sitting through a couple cycles. maybe just tired. She actually went to roost another tier up from the brood box on night two and I called it good. They are great and we learned the experience of Mill Worms today. Their Broody box is hovering around 93 degreese and all are spread on a towel I put in here in the corner. First wing feathers coming in. two still have their egg tooth. All is good. Cinnamon, Petunia, Daisy, Cosmo, and Iris for now....:gig
