by true i mean they are not ee's and yes they can lay green eggs if you look at my pic they are the really dark green eggs, i say pure because nowadays alot of people call their chickens ameracanaus but they are really ee's but there are still some strains that have been bred down to be pure meaning not mixed with toher breeds it is rare but there are still some out there

no i put the eggs in near the end of the day. look at a calender that might help. i know this is going to sound newbish but dont eggs take around 24 days to hatch???
 
The standard time table for incubating chickens is 21 days, more or less, depending on temperature. You should stop turning on the 6th of Feb. and look for hatching around the 9th.

ok thanks! i know why i thought 24, last time i waited till the 24th day for eggs to hatch. silly me! well i guess i will keep this thread let me change a few things.... should i not open the incbator at all on the 6th-9th??? thanks
