Anyone else drive a Ford truck & listen to classical music?

I drive a Toyota pickup and listen to my passengers scream.

Well, I drive an old Mazda pickup, but it's a Ford sure enough. First year Ford made their trucks.

And I listen to classical music and jazz. Or did anyways. The local NPR station that I listened to for over twenty years went over to an all talk format so now I've got no where to go to find what I like.

Funny!!!!!

I have a Chevy Suburban here is what is in my CD changer: Circle Round and Sing, Albannach Live, Beethoven's Greatest Hits (yeah it is really called that), Disney Celebration, Peter Gabriel Security album and The London Symphony Orchestra Season's Favorites 1998

Well rounded or simply schizophrenic???

I LOVE it!! I really thought (after posting last night) that I might really be alone!!!

My only complaint on this truck is that it is a base model Ford F150 with a extra long bed. It really was meant to be a work truck - and that's what we bought it for. The result is that it has a basic sound system - not quite up to the task of classical music. I lose the soft highs, lows, and much of the middle is muddy. And an upgrade is not a great use of money at this time. Next time around, I'm getting a truck with a kick-a sound system!!!

I occasionally drive my '85 pickup, but it's a Chevy. I like classical music, but you'd have to pay me to listen to NPR.

Well, I don't listen to classical music in my truck since I only have a am/fm radio in it and no classical stations in our area here in South Carolina. But.... I do have a degree in Music and studied Classical Piano from the time I was 5 years old until college graduation. Many people find this hard to believe when they find out that their plumber that is elbow deep in their commode tank is a classically trained pianist! LOL! ( the plumber that taught me the plumbing trade was a board certified Pharmacist!)
