Anyone else due to hatch on March 23rd? *first post updated :) *

I have some that are hatching now and some due 3 days ago now and some due monday! 3 staggered hatches is way to stinkin' many!

Yay for fuzzy baby pics!!!

Mine lock down Monday. I might candle them one last time tonight both to avoid doing what I should be doing and to get rid of any quitters to make room for the babies. The eggs are tight in there and I'm nervous about all that running and bumping the early hatchers do.

I cracked open all of my suspected quitters today.
And looks like they all died from day 6 to day 9
Oh and I went on lockdown today

So that means in the next three to four days they can hatch

I threw away 5 more tonight. I might get 6 BLRW out of my origonal 18.

I'm pretty bummed about that.

I have only had eight thrown out all together so far.
I think that is pretty good for my first time.
Three of the eggs were infertile, the rest were quitters.

I have 10 eggs due on the 23rd 2 Swedish duck eggs, 3 MGB eggs and the rest are mixed breeds.

Opened up the Brinsea to check on the eggs I have to move today, and there was a nasty stinky egg. First time ever I have had that happen. The egg had a surface crack so I sealed it with wax, I guess not good enough. There was a chick growing in it, but it must have died!

Stunk something nasty.

Sprayed down the incubator and eggs with some incubation disinfectant.
