I don't think you do. Sounds like it pipped through a vein.

I have good news to report this morning. I have one hatched and the other two are working there way out. One looks a little sticky but I am sure she will be just fine.

My other 4 eggs don't have pips yet either. Not even the one that was really rocking which I thought would be first to hatch. I thought wrong, the one that rocked the least hatched first
