I am in Southern California near LA-anyone else in LA County/Riverside County with poultry???

Did anyone else see the episode of The Marriage Ref where the couple in Fontana was arguing about wasting their duck eggs?
I have heard duck eggs do taste different from chicken eggs, but they are great for baking-I thought it was silly the wife didn't want to use the eggs because they were from their pets!
