anyone else hatching may 1st

Just lost two eggs...there was no development in either of them. I have three good eggs left. One is for sure ready but the others I am not so sure...

I am thinking my hatch went bad...so I will be trying again in two weeks when I am out of school for summer.

I have 3 pips this morning! My 21st day starts at 9:45. I am sure it will be a long day. I have 21 eggs left and they are RIR's and a mix of RIR X EE and RIR Xwhitle leghorn. Hope I can find a buying for real cheap baby chicks. I can't keep these, have some very, very special eggs coming to hatch next week.

So yesterday we got two chicks one blonde sexlink not yellow but blonde like her daddy his name is Tex .Then one black i think her daddy is Rocky he is a jungle fowl and mean as they get LOL. By evening we had 4 more pips and one had a crack in it the hatched chicks Steped on the opening and i saw blood Not good but she made it threw. The ones that were hatched already were dry and fluffy so when i had to turn the eggs that are not due to next week i took them out and put them under heat lamp. Then another one around 10 pm poped out but his yolk was not absorbed all the way he looked weak we left the bottom of the egg on him and just crossed r fingers. So by now it was 11pm i was tired and had cramps hubby was working on his reports. So I told him keep a eye on them told him what to look for and just let them do there thing. I woke up at 4:30 and was like were is hubby. I call his cell cause cramps i did not want to go dwn 2 flights of stairs LOL. I said what are you doing its 4 am LOL. He was like i just put the two chicks from earlier under the heat lamp they are fluffy and were knocking the pip ones upside down :} I came down stairs and there is my 6 ft 2 hubby talking to the bator LMAO the hatchen bug has bit hubby now there is no turning back. There is a chick in bator hatched fluffing out and 3 more pips no ducks yet BUt i see there eggs rocking.

Krista dont give up 3 of the ones that piped today were due 2 days ago :> and all but 2 of my chicks so far have been late.
