anyone else hatching may 1st

My first (ever) baby hatched this morning at 8:55am. Both myself and my daughters were able to watch the awesome entrance. Baby #1 is a silkie. I have 4 pips and 2 more rocking eggs.

I had to come into work leaving 6 pipsters this morning. it's killing me not knowing what's going on!

I think I may have to go home--I'm feeling a bit swinish--hee hee

UGHH Why want they pip rock somethen i am so stressed we already lost one i dont do well with death

I know thats part of it doesnt mean I have to like it watchen one drown and unable to save him was a very hard thing for a first time hatcher. I just wish i knew they were alive still i cant see anything when i candled them before i took them out of turner just blobs. I mean i saw the duck egg rock whats wrong with these chicks dont they know they have a new mommy ready to love them LOL

well the three that were late that were due on monday i looked and nothen was moving i cracked it all 3 were dead and i lost one duck egg

I dont know why they are making it to day 21 then they die is it humidity? I am so lost as to how they come so far then just never hatch?? I have tried to do what i have read only opening bator to add water and when i had to take 2 chicks out and the turner. This is just not good 2 chicks out of six this is bad . I still have more due today and some ducks due in the morning but i dont know. Any advice would be great i have 165 eggs to go into new bator and i dont want to die so i need help understanding what is going on.

Ok ok so I just looked when I got home from work and I have two pips and it wasnt the eggs that was rocking last night.
So now how long till they hatch? Im thinking if to long I might need to help a little not sure...

I can hardly wait its worse than Christmas
