anyone else hatching on the 26th?

UPDATE: I have 3 out of a dozen that I won from Lockedharts. No more pips yet but still could. I borrowed my daughters camera and cna't seem to get rid of the clare. I took them out and put them on my mouse pad then they wouldn't be still so the pic is blurry. From left to right is Blue Orp, Mix and Bantam Cochin Splash.

I took a couple with my phone to see if I have better luck. When I get it on photobucket, I'll add the best one.

Well, I now have 10 babes with 5 eggs still to go but no more pips at this time. Might be over but we'll see in a few days. Good hatching even if no more with 66% rate at this time and these eggs were in shipment for 6 days. There appears to be 4 dark and 4 light gray. Of the 4 light, 2 are more light than the others, so blue, black, splash ??? Two are still too wet to determine by my inexperienced eyes. These are DDD's Ameraucanas. Good luck and congrats to all you other May 26th hatchers.

My hatch was due yesterday, nothing. I'm sitting here at the computer, this morning, reading things and all of a sudden, there's really loud chirping! It was so loud that I thought one must have hatched even though it hasn't been an hour since I checked them. I went running in there to see and none have hatched yet but, that one sure has good lungs!

Two broodies and I managed 16 out of 24 eggs, lost 2 full term, 3 clear, two quitters. All of them now are out with Mommas.

I'll have enough to do when the turkeys and guineas hatch so I stuffed mine in with the others. I can already see that some of this next generation is coming out better. Go babies. The partridge rocks are better marked, the barred rock/prs are bigger. One more step in the project.

Mine have started! I have one hatched-black chick and one that zipped part way but is now resting.

OK, here are my babies. They are 10 B/B/S ameraucanas from DDD. Had a 66% hatch rate. Not too bad for second try and for shipped eggs.

They are all cute! I'm still at one with 2 started and waiting. I lost one that had piped at the wrong end and the side that was down. By the time my first little one had rolled it enough for me to see the pip it was to late.
