Anyone else keeping their ducks "All Cooped Up" because it is too cold for them to "Play Outside" wi

Going Quackers.... sounds like you have *duck tv*. Plenty of excitement your way.

I used to see more fights when I had 3 different breeds & more males.

Miss Lydia, I have 1 drake & 9 females, so the drake is in heaven. They all flirt for his attention.

"Cu cluck cu clucking" & bobbing their heads at him.

You could call it that, there are almost 50 birds here .. majority being the ducks. You have a nice ratio.. me? not so much lol i have 8 drakes here in total, 1 call the rest are all scovie boys.

My ducks are out and about. Their choice. I just open the doors. It was -22 here this morning when I got up so it is COLD but they don't seem to mind/care. They come back every so often for a quick nap but then right back out they go.

My ducks are inside, but only because one is injured and the other won't stay outside without him... I won't tell you the temperature here. Everyone will hate me :)

That's good! mine were the other day, but to much of extreme today, hardly worth the effort for them to just hide, we're pretty heavy with snow and high winds too.

Mine have been on the pond all day. Temps have been below zero most of the day with wind chills in the minus 20s. The did not want to come off the water for their afternoon feeding and locking into the enclosure. I was out in the wind for over half an hour trying to get them all in. Since the pond doesn't freeze it is the warmest place for them.

There needs to be an emoticon for FRIGID!!!!
