Southeastern VA here:
100 degrees here today. Aaack. Just got done hosing down the horses. One coop has a fan, ice water, and frozen jugs all around. The other coop (LF coop) I let out to free range so they can find wherever they want to be...ice water out for them and frozen jugs too. Is it fall yet?!?!???

I am in Southeast Iowa and it is in the low 90s but it has been blistering hot over the fourth of July. This past weekend was also hot.

In South Central Texas. It's about 99 here today. We have had a 25 day streak of 100 or higher here so the chickens are enjoying the ice in their water!

mid 90s here in pa, but much less humid than last week. Tomorrow's to be 80 - yippie!

100 here today. After leaving my car in the sun in a parking lot for 3 hours afternoon, the thermometer on it read 124 when I started the car! I've never seen it get that high.

I feel so bad for my broody. She's just panting away on the nest. I gave her some water and frozen peas.
