Anyone ever have a problem with Roosters knocking feathers off the hen

I now have one rooster and 24 hens. I will try the duct tape suggestion if the condition continues. Thanks for all of the suggestions.

My roo gets the feathers in his mouth, and spends an hour trying to shake them off! Gives the next hen a chance to run and hide!

This is also happening to ONE of our barred rocks - we have 6 total, and 12 other hens (RIR, EE, Polsih) that are not affected - maybe she is a favorite hen. I will try the duck tape, although I would love to see a picture first!
