I just put one in my 6 week old chicks pen, and its working fabulous! They learned how to drink out of it in no time, plus they are cheap .

Yes, they work for small birds very well. Also very helpful with quail.
ohhh! Great idea! I can use them for Harmony's Serama when they hatch!
