Anyone ever used a Steam Mop? Pros Cons , Reviews of these 2

Disclaimer: I do not own a steam mop, I'm an avid home renovator and I've just read a lot of reviews on the sites I frequent.

For wood floors most reviews indicate that the mop pads get way too soaked with water and drench the hardwood causing damage instead of cleaning it.

The best way to clean wood floors, especially old ones, still appears to be good old elbow grease with a slightly damp mop.
