On the Chapter 7 thing. I would try looking up info on the city's municipal codes. Since the city is doing the posting, I would think that it is referring to one of their codes on what is considered habitable.

Recently taken today:

Yes it suffered ALOT of water damage for many years until they put a new roof on last year or so but it was less than two years ago. It had BIG holes, torn shingles near the edges, gutterings were off plumb or broken off.

It would be a VERY major job. The foundation itself looks ok. The house was built in the late 40's to 50's because our own house was built in 1940.

Well the lady has not been back since the last time. So she is not to come back anymore except probably her mail which it is piling up in her small mailbox.
