Anyone Flying from Toronto to Israel in next 4 weeks!

Please help me! I have a small dog that I need to fly in. He fits in a carrier under your seat & travels well. I will pay for all costs. The lady who was going to bring him had a flight problem & is now on an overnight layover. A normal layover would not matter. He will be delivered into your hands with all his paperwork at the airport & I will be there in Tel Aviv to collect him & take him through customs.
