Sorry there are two auctions in MA I am talking about Camara's in Swansea. There is one on Weds nights in Fairhaven MA but I don't care for that one to much. It is small and crowded.

Wow, those are some pretty awesome deals. I have been to a similar auction - I think it was in Fairhaven - same thing - equipment first, then animals. But it was years ago. I have been on craigs list looking for nesting boxes, etc., but it is time consuming and you have to travel to see the items. I guess the auction saves alot of time and inconvenience. I will definately come out there. Are you sure they are having it tonight, even though it is a holiday?

I believe they are open tonight. We made our own nesting boxes. It is pretty easy and then we took in a rooster and some chickens from a guy that was getting out of chickens. He gave us 4 nesting boxes and a bunch of other stuff too. You can use old bookcases for them too. You would just have to put a board across the bottom of each level to keep the stray or hay in and then make them little ramps to get to the higher ones.
