Anyone Gluten, Dairy, Caffeine, or Corn Free? How about all of them :P

I am gluten free have been for years, b/c of intolerance (not been tested for allergy no point) When I first went gf I tried a lot of the substitute pasta's and breads. Now mostly I just don't eat them very much at all (b/c of weight issues). I have found a wonderful way to eat "spaghetti" I julliene' slice my zuchini w/ a julliene' peeler and use those as my spaghetti noodles. Even my husband who is not gf likes it.

I don't consume caffine, (except chocolate) (see my signature line) if I became allergic I would just have to get my epi pens by the case.

That is also for health reasons, recently had a very fast heart rate episode and the Dr told me no more caffine.

I don't drink animal milk (I drink either soy or coconut), but eat cheese and ice cream and yogourt, I only have issues w/ it in larger quantities or if I've ate other things that have already set off my digestive system.

No ETOH, I have a hystimine reaction to it in all forms, not just the "wheat" etoh like beer.

My husband is also not gf and has no intention of being so, he has all kinds of food in the house, but after all this time it really isn't even tempting, especially when I get soooooooooooo sick, I will NEVER go back to that pain and agony again. I don't have gluten flours in the house, the gluten items he eats are already made, I never cook a gluten food from scratch. All food I cook for meals I can eat, I've told him if he wants something made w/ gluten he has two arms and legs and a brain he can go buy the ingredients and make it himself. He's never done so.

luvinmychickens, Honestly once you get in the groove of things being Gluten free isn't all that bad. There are some great brands out there that taste just as good or better then the real stuff.

I know. I think my aunt is getting used to being gluten free now. My brother, he is going dairy free. That's what was wrong, dairy. It upsets his stomach. He drinks almond milk now.
