anyone got weird names for there chickens??//

About 6 months but I was away for two weeks just after I got them so I didn't spend time with them when they were little so now they don't like it when I carry them cause they weren't carried around when they were little

I WAS going to eat mine, but now that I have them I can't even imagine...they are definitely my beloved pets!

Dominicker - Mahalia
Blue Cochin - Blue Girl
Lavender Cochin - Lavender

My kids helped name them - oh and a Dominicker that died three days ago was Zebra and we had a Millie Fleur that was Freckles.

the only one i named in our flock is "duckie" b/c her feet are webbed. it was between that a "weber",...but "duckie" just stuck!

I think nugget is a rooster and I think it is a Rhode Island Red... I could be wrong as I cannot find a good picture of it.

I have a Gossie and a Gerty (from the childrens book), a Mya and a Burnadette. Gossie is my "bossie"-she runs the show! Mya was named by my son and Burnadette was given to me. She is named after a chicken, given to my family when I was a kid.
