I had swapped some coturnix roos for some chicken eggs back in January. The eggs supposedly came from ameraucanas, BLRW, and OEGB, all were supposed to be SQ and in separated breeding pens. The OEGBs look pure although I dont think they are SQ(?). But the rest all look the same except for one. I had posted in the what breed and gender forum, but no one there seems to have any guesses, other than they might be duckwings. They are 2-3 days shy of 4 weeks old.
So here are the kids.
Sleepy, either hatched from a light brown egg or a light blue egg. The color was faint and hard to tell. Hoping she's a pullet but the comb is worrying me.

Yolanda, hatched from a blue egg. Pullet?

Babs, hatched from a brown egg. Cockerel?

Betty, hatched from a blue egg, cockerel?

Whitney, hatched from a blue egg. Pullet?

Ginger, OEGB, spangled pullet?

Bunty, OEGB, spangled cockerel?

5 weeks old, my camera batteries died before I could get them all, so I'll post the other 3 tomorrow.

Babs, wyandotte? cockerel?

Betty, ameraucana cockerel?

Yolanda, ameraucana pullet?

Whitney, ameraucana pullet?

The last three, it wasn't as nice outside today so they stayed in. Lighting isn't as good with these pics but I think you can see what you need to.
Sleepy, still hoping it's a pullet, but

Ginger, OEGB Pullet? cockerel? can't tell with this one

Bunty, OEGB cockerel

Thanks OkChickens. The eggs were from a mixed color flock of SQ ameraucanas. I know ameraucana folks are picky about people calling DQ colors ameraucanas and prefer they be called EE's. But EE generally refers to a mixed breed chicken that carries the blue egg gene. These birds aren't mutts just off colored. The parents to these birds were at the NEPC.
Any thoughts on Ginger the OEGB? and Sleepy? those are the two I wonder about the most.
