Quite a nice selection Lavender, Partridge, Blue, Black, White, Porcelain Splash etc... It was for 18 eggs but she sent 24 and not one was cracked or damaged. It was a buy now auction like CJ's. I just set them this morning so we will see what turns out!!! I'm still shaking my head over ruining my CJ eggs!!! I also have another issue to deal with today. My "neighbors" shot my sweet Goose Miss Penelope in the face with a pellet gun. Right below her eye!!! I got the pellet out but now there is a dime size whole in her face that goes all the way down to her cheek bone!!!

Oh your poor goose! I hope you get that resolved! I had a neighbor shoot one of my dogs and "claim" he thought she was a coyote. It got very ugly, she had on a neon purple collar, I have never seen a coyote that looks like a doberman with a collar on!

I got B/B/S and P eggs!

No it was deliberate! And she was minding her own business on my fenced in posted property. She should be OK but I am worried about flies causing problems with it! The Catdancesilkies have a website just put a .com after the name. I need to go out and cement some on my run groaaaannnn

That is terrible!! You could report it, that has to be some kind of crime, like animal cruelty. People can be such jerks.

My new Brinsea Octagon 20 Eco has arrived and is now home to 15 Splash Marans eggs. Two of them had hairline cracks that I patched, and a few had detached air cells so I let them sit without turning them for a while so they could settle.

Edited to add: I'd be reporting the goose-shooting folks and MAKE SURE the report is recorded so there's a record. Next time it might be your dog, or kid, or a bigger gun. That's a sociopath in the making.
