Placed a order for my next hatch!! I ordered a dozen mixed marans, and a dozen amerucanas!!! I want a pretty egg carton!! Happy Birthday to myself!! (Its in a couple weeks!)

Thanks! I should correct that to say, hatch after next! My shayna paint eggs are in the mail for my next hatch, along with some cochin bantams from another breeder.

I have 8 eggs going into lockdown tomorrow. 2 from indigo, and 6 from little ameraucana. I am really hoping for some showgirls

oh no, that sucks your power went out on hatch day, I would be sooo upset!! My last hatch that failed had some porelain silkies in it, I am really wanting some porcelain and patridge silkies, the only way to get them I can find is to get shipped eggs, so I am waiting until I get a new incubator to try again, I have a LG now that I hate!!

i know i was soooo mad. but when i tossed them only 2 out of 8 acctually had fullygrown dead poults in them. I saw an auction for some poreclain and paint eggs but they are a ways away from me

but someone told me there is someone in my state selling some so i might buy some eggs next spring. I am going to hatch some BLRW eggs next spring and i'm excited about that. I may wait until next week to put eggs in my bator, or the week after. I need to vaccinate my birds and there may be an egg withdrawel so i will have to wait or put some in before i vaccinate.
