I little while back one of my incubators died and I didn't realize it till the next day! It was close to hatch day and I still got a pretty good hatch

Keep us updated! I have nothing on my eggs! I can see good movement inside 3 of them, but they aren't internally pipped yet.

I would love to have quail. I have read that they are friendly, but I would hate to think of me hatching more birds that are fertile faster and hatch quicker than chickens! My DH would strangle me for sure!

Yes small space LAY at 6 weeks old! & THEY are soooo yummy, salt n pepper and nothing else! Kabobs baby

I am going into lock down tonight on my first batch of Silkie eggs. I am going to move the SQ Jersey Giant eggs over to another bator for the next few days. I am worried about the raised humidity in the first bator, and that it may harm the JG eggs at this point. It will also give the Silkies more space to hatch. Here's hoping that I will get a good hatch.
