Yes the mystery eggs sound like alot of fun,

next time I get some I will have to ask to leave me so I don't know what they are. Good glad to know my eggs should be ok,

probably better they stayed at po, at least they were't thrown around in the PO truck. I did had fun hunting, thanks for asking!!

I took off Friday and my company is closed tomorrow, so I have had a nice long 4 day weekend. My year was great, got to spend it with friends and family so good time!!

Im incubating my first batch! So excited!
Seeing development already! So awesome
Hatch date should be 1.19!
I purchased eggs here on byc ( bearded silkie)
I had a few of my own silkie eggs ( they just started laying)
And my husband grabbed a few of our duck eggs and wanted to see if theyd hatch. ( i know they have a 1 week longer incubation)
So far everything looks great!!

today is Lockdown for my shipped eggs. so far 6 eggs out of 42 eggs.i have a question though. when i set my eggs 18 days ago i set them at 3:00 pm.. do i wait till that time today before increasing the humidity and removing the auto turner or should i do it rite away?

So I finally got my eggs today...YAY!!

Turns out I have 4 mystery eggs too!!!

Very excited about that!!!

She sent 20, they were very well packaged but 2 were still broken beyond trying to repair, the rest look good though!!! 3 reds, 4 lavendar, 3 whites, 3 have RP which I am assuming is red patridge?!?! Someone please correct me if I am wrong on that. And 1 looks like it says L2 on it. Then the 4 mystery eggs!! Here is a pic, kinda blurry sorry, I can't wait to get them in the bator tonight!!
