Anyone hatching on Christmas??

Yaay for chicks!
I have chicks that should be hatching the 13th (got pips now) --- and more set to hatch the 21st, and the 29th.

No Christmas Day chicks here.

I got a pip right now too. I set a couple rows of eggs three weeks ago. Actually they were due yesterday, but my temps and humidity were not as closely watched as they should have been and I was fearing the worst.

I also have mabye ten or so Ameraucana eggs, from individual birds that are each a recognized color, but are running together, so I guess they will be mutts. They are due Christmas Day, now that I think of it! I will have to keep a better eye on them!

My 3 remaining duck eggs are technically due Christmas Eve, but I set them around 8 pm, so they should be hatched or hatching when my son gets up Christmas morning!! He will be so surprised!

Yes, aren't 4-year-olds fun? He has ADHD as well, so that doesn't help his situation any! I have always said the reason God made kids so cute is so we wouldn't kill them!
