I don't understand what the problem ws with mine either unless it was from the shipping. The one that was done and ready to come out and never even pipped has me stumped. I can understand not being fertile but the dying part of the way though and at the end I don't get. I still have 13 quail eggs I'm hoping to get babies from. I did put some of my own in, about 6 I think. And I got 2 of those so far and there are some that sould be out soon if they are going to. I still got better odds out of my few than I have out of the 12 I won. I really think that sending them in the mail, they get shook up. It's unavoidable for them to be transpported flat and with care. If those postal workers where held liable for what gets broken they would be more careful. Too bad we can't insure eggs either.
