Anyone have a good squirrel recipe?

My gramp's ( restin' in peace ) use to make the best squirrel sausage. Yum!

I boil mine until tender ( I just put a little salt in the water) then drain, pat dry and flour(add salt & pepper to flour). Quick fry till golden brown and make gravy with the drippings...um,um good!!!
