Anyone have an idea

They are just resting, if you tap on the incubator and make clucking noises they should absorb the yolk faster.
 
I hear that cheeping sounds are also helpful. You can find recordings online or just cheep at them yourself. Like a little chicken cheering section! Good vibes coming your way!
 
its an Little giant and started right out of the box. But weird thing is I can unplug it (110v) and plug it back in and it will stop, motor is vibrating but after checking it every hour with golf balls in trays it never did change position. Unplugged it again, plugged it back in and it is rotating non-stop. It is a Synchronous Motor cw/cvv,2.5hr-3r per min

no it will not, just trust the companies, they probably tested it, did they hatch yet
if your asking me lots of egg rolling chirping and beak popping out not unzipping yet hopefully tonight or tomorrow at some point or in an hour haha it's hard not to check every 5 min
