Our LP gas guy came by yesterday and we were talking about pressure canners, canning meat, soups etc, he's a really great guy who brings us perch when he has a good catch. I provide pie, ripe cherries or whatever I have on hand in exchange.
He said he and his wife have a steam juicer and I'm facinated, I would like to get some input from all the intelligent, experienced folks on this post about these pots.
I can't believe I've never heard of them before and I found one on the net but before I commit $ I'd like to here any advice from more knowledgable people out there, Thanks,
