Anyone have just roosters die?

I have had no hens die. I forgot to add that one rooster acted like he was gagging before he died...like he was having trouble breathing. I googled and decided he had throat worms and gave him worm medicine. He died the next day.
What you describe is usually a respiratory disease... Throat worms are extremely uncommon.

Thank you.
Call your state lab tomorrow. They can give you directions on how to swab one of your bird's throats to send the swab in for testing for some respiratory diseases.
They can also tell you how to overnight a dead body to them for a necropsy.
It is well worth the money to find out exactly what you're dealing with before you add more birds to your flock.

So is there a reason my antibiotics aren't working? I have put tons in their water. Tylan is what I purchased lately.
Yes there is probably a reason.
One of the reasons is Tylan needs to be given directly to the mouth and it needs to be given every six or eight hours for it to work properly. It only works on some things though.
