Anyone have luck catching a feral chicken?? UPDATE: Rooster caught, no hen

bless you @staceyj we are already doing that along with that we are down to syringe feeding and water.
He is fading fast on us. It is OK. He is loved enough to not make him suffer much more.

He can still walk and go potty outside. He just refuses anything to eat or drink.

Bless him. Warm, cozy, comfort and love sounds like what he needs the most, and I bet he is getting lots of it. Give him kisses from all of us.

Regardless of your faith or age, it is a beautiful and heartwarming explaination of what happens to our beloved sidekicks after they leave us on earth. I've bought many copies over the years as gifts.

It has given me solace many times.

I took the screen divider out of my brooder today. Everyone has stayed with their own group all huddled up. They pretty much stayed divided in the run too.

It has been nice having 1 full size hen. So much less poop to scoop!
