I don't eat saurkraut, or food w bones in it. Once my mom made soup from a chicken carcass, I scooped out a bowl and there was a vertebrae in it... I dumped it out. Ribs, wings... I don't think so.
Taters & Boneless Chicken...perfect, lol!!
Holy HE double toothpicks.. this was HILARIOUS!!!!
Don't get me wrong I know my birds live in the lap of luxury. They have a better life then any commercially raised bird. It's me who can't get past it. I can't bring myself to cull. If I did I'm not sure I'd be able to eat it.
People tell me I'll get there one day. I have moments with a troublesome teenage boy that make me think I might.
But if I'm honest with myself it will never happen.
Sweetie, I once brought home a live lobster. I had it on the floor, rolling balls to it. I even named it Ralph. When the time came to cull IT, I sharp knifed it in the back, dropped it in hot water, and made lobster bisque....
..................... I then bawled like a baby.......... while I ate the bisque.
I have feelings y'all..... but mah meat lust overpowers mah tears!!!
I tell you, though, I couldn't eat a second bowl of it.
Sorry
@pitbullmomma ... we eat chicken..... but trying to do it ethically.... and our chickens have a HUGELY wonderful life.... daily treats and play time with the PIC.... fermented food and clean water.
No apologies needed, Smuv! I respect that people eat meat and eat their chickens, I'm not one of those self-righteous preachy vegetarians, lol. I make chicken for my husband and beef stroganoff and stuff. Those balut eggs are just, freaking, NASTY (and I'm sure some people on here eat them, and apologies if I offend you!) Like my hub eats bloody red meat and he had to leave the room when I showed him that vid cuz he was like "If I keep watching that I will never be able to eat a chicken egg again."
Live and let live!
Cindi,
off to check out the original Minaj video
No, I am WITH YOU on those eggs.

I also don't eat offal (IT'S PRONOUNCED
AWFUL PEOPLE. GET A CLUE!!!). I also don't eat the combs or the feet, even though we do use the feet in stock. I believe the cooked feet will become treats for our dogs.
