Like most people in this thread I agree that there been some exposure already.
If you can do at least some sort of quarantine that would be best. That's very hard. The rescue birds could be stressed already and a little more could bring out signs of illness.
If it were me I would try. Knowing how they were treated even if they lived a few months with you it would be better then the life they have apparently lived so far.
Be cautious. Be prepared that it may not go great. But it really could be worth a try.
