Anyone heard of "Dippity Pig" illness in PBP?

    My new (5month old) PBP is showing these exact signs ( We are in the 24th hour and the sores have spread a bit.

    Should I be cleaning the spots with hydrogen peroxide and putting polysporon on? He is making noise and squealing like he's in pain, and dipping his butt to the ground. I thought the sores had blood coming out, but isn't red, its pink.
