Anyone heard of "Dippity Pig" illness in PBP?

My new (5month old) PBP is showing these exact signs (http://en.allexperts.com/q/Pot-Bellied-Pigs-3478/rear-side-pain.htm). We are in the 24th hour and the sores have spread a bit.

Should I be cleaning the spots with hydrogen peroxide and putting polysporon on? He is making noise and squealing like he's in pain, and dipping his butt to the ground. I thought the sores had blood coming out, but isn't red, its pink.

Help please!

According to the link it should resolve on it's own in 24-72 hours.

Seems like getting some Benardyl in him to help calm him is best.
1mg/lb up to 3 times daily.

That certainly sounds like what you are describing. Thank goodness it seems to resolve on its own.
